CryoVest Ex-Demo Clearance
Heavily discounted ex-demonstration CryoVests across all three styles — Sport, Bolero and Industrial — in a limited range of sizes.
About these vests
These are our display and demonstration stock. They have been handled at trade shows, in clinics and in our showroom, but they have never been worn for cooling and never used in the field. The FirstICE cold packs are unused and have never been frozen.
What to expect:
- Light marks, scuffing or handling marks on the outer fabric
- Open or missing packaging
- Everything functional is as new: vest, straps, zip and all cold packs
Each vest is sold as-is at a substantial discount. Two-year manufacturer's warranty still applies to the vest and its function — the cosmetic marks are the reason for the discount and are not a warranty fault.
THE THREE STYLES
CryoVest Sport — the lightest of the range at approximately 1.9 kg, with a zip closure and four adjustable Velcro straps at chest and waist. Designed for athletes: pre-cooling before activity, post-exercise recovery and heart rate stabilisation. Can be worn over or under clothing. Over 2 hours of consistent cooling. RRP $620.
CryoVest Bolero (Comfort) — a shorter, bolero-style vest at 1.5 kg that leaves the abdomen free, making it wheelchair-friendly and comfortable to sit in. Provides cold compression behind the neck via a collar pack. Five FirstICE packs (two small front, two large back, one collar), Velcro side straps and neck cinch pulls. Sits discreetly under clothing. Approximately 2 hours of cooling. Designed primarily for heat intolerance, and also used by runners, cyclists and motocross riders. RRP $520.
CryoVest Industrial — built for hot work environments such as steel manufacturing, construction, firefighting and agriculture. Made from Nomex fire-retardant cotton with reflective tape front and back. Eight FirstICE packs, zip closure and four 100 mm adjustable Velcro straps providing lumbar support. 1.9 kg. Two hours of consistent cooling, plus a further 45 minutes in 50°C heat. RRP $730.
FirstICE cooling technology
All three vests use FirstICE dry cold therapy packs. They freeze in about 2 hours, deliver cooling without the risk of cryo burns, and last around 100 optimal uses (roughly 200 hours) before they need replacing. You will know a pack is due for replacement when it stiffens. Replacement packs are available separately.
All CryoVests are made in France.

Ex-demo stock is not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind or incorrect size. Each size is available in very limited numbers and in most cases we hold only one of each. Measure before you order, and use the tables below.
CryoVest sizing runs small. If you are between sizes, or at the top of a range, choose the larger size.
How to measure: measure around the fullest part of your chest, over a single layer of clothing, keeping the tape level. If you intend to wear the vest over work clothing or protective gear, measure over what you will actually wear it over.

Care
Sport and Bolero: hand wash the vest with a mild detergent and air dry. Industrial: machine washable. For all models, wipe the cold packs with a damp cloth and store them in a cool, dry place.
Warranty
Two-year manufacturer's warranty on the vest. Cosmetic marks and open packaging are the reason for the discount and are not warranty faults. Ex-demo items are not returnable for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
