About the packaging

The boxes are noticeably damaged — crushed corners, tears, scuffing or crushing to the box face. The devices inside are brand new, unused and sealed. Nothing about the product itself has been affected.

Sold as-is at a reduced price. No returns or exchanges on clearance stock, so please choose your kit and size carefully before ordering. Limited quantities — once sold, they're gone.

If the box matters to you (for example if the item is a gift), we'd suggest buying the full-price version instead.

What is Bongo Rx?

Bongo Rx is a reusable nasal EPAP (expiratory positive airway pressure) device for mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnoea and snoring. It sits in the nostrils and needs no power, batteries, hoses or mask.

When you breathe in, the valves open so you can inhale normally. When you breathe out, the valves close and create back pressure — between 5 and 20 cmH₂O — which helps hold your upper airway open through the night. The nasal pillows also gently dilate the nostrils, so you get airway support from both the EPAP pressure and the dilation.

It can be worn with or without the included headgear, depending on what you find comfortable.

Warranty

Manufacturer's warranty: 30 days from purchase. This applies to the device only — damaged packaging is not a warranty fault and is the reason for the discount. Clearance items are not returnable for change of mind.

Care

Wash daily in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and air dry on the supplied stand. Replace each device after approximately 90 days of use.
