Disposable Straight Adaptor – 22 mm M / 15 mm F to 22 mm M / 15 mm F
A single-use straight connector for joining tubing, masks, catheter mounts and filters in a cough assist circuit. The 22 mm male / 15 mm female ends on both sides give a secure fit with standard respiratory components and maintain correct airflow during therapy.
Important – must not be used with Percussor mode
This adaptor is for cough assist / mechanical insufflation-exsufflation (MI-E) modes only. It must not be used with Percussor (IPV) mode on Pegaso devices. It has no expiratory valve, so the patient cannot breathe out freely during percussive therapy. If your therapy includes Percussor mode, order the Percussor Expiratory Adaptor for Pegaso Devices instead.

Care and replacement recommendations
- Bacterial filters in the circuit: change weekly, or more frequently if soiled or wet.
- The adaptor and all other parts of the circuit: wash daily in warm soapy water, rinse and air dry, and replace monthly.
