How to Use
- Sit upright, or recline with your head slightly elevated if lying down.
- Hold the Shaker Deluxe firmly in a horizontal position.
- Place the mouthpiece in your mouth, sealing your lips around it, and inhale slowly and deeply through your nose.
- Exhale slowly and steadily through the device, causing the internal ball to oscillate.
- Take a few normal breaths, then repeat the exhale step as directed by your healthcare professional.
- If mucus becomes loosened, cough gently into a tissue to help clear it.
- Follow the frequency and duration recommended by your healthcare professional as part of your airway clearance routine.
